About this Project

Sound Forge called for more than a website redesign. The objective was to connect the way prospective clients discover the venue with the systems used to run the business behind it.

The public platform presents the space through a cinematic, scroll-driven experience built around discovery, past events, and event enquiries. Once an enquiry is submitted, it moves directly into a private operating environment and becomes part of the venue’s working process.

From there, staff can qualify leads, create and manage events, generate quotes and invoices, record payments, coordinate delivery, manage supplier expenses, and track operational closeout through role-specific workspaces.

The boundary between website and operations effectively disappears. What begins as a customer experience continues as a connected business system, carrying information from initial interest through planning, delivery, and completion.
